Bristow Group Inc. (Bristow Group), incorporated on December 3, 1987, is an industrial aviation services provider and helicopter service provider to the offshore energy industry with global operations. The Industrial Aviation Services segment's operations are conducted primarily through four regions: Europe Caspian, Africa, Americas and Asia Pacific. Additionally, it operates a training unit, Bristow Academy. It provides industrial aviation services to a base of integrated, national and independent offshore energy companies.
