First Trust NASDAQ-100-Technology Index Fund (the Fund), formerly First Trust NASDAQ-100-Technology Sector Index Fund, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Index (the Index). The Index is an equal-weighted index based on the securities of the NASDAQ-100 Index that are classified as technology according to the Industry Classification Benchmark classification system. The NASDAQ-100 Index includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies listed on NASDAQ based on market capitalization.
