iShares MSCI New Zealand Capped ETF, formerly iShares MSCI New Zealand Capped Invest Market Index Fund (the Fund), is an exchange traded fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI New Zealand IMI 25/50 Index (the Index). The Underlying Index is an index designed to measure the performance of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in New Zealand. Components primarily include consumer discretionary, industrials, materials and telecommunications companies. The Fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
