Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. owns and operates a diversified portfolio of energy infrastructure assets. The partnership primarily transports, stores, and distributes refined petroleum products to a lesser extent, ammonia. Magellan Midstream has operations in 2 segments: Refined Products and Crude Oil. Refined Products unit primarily comprises Magellan's pipeline system transporting gasoline and diesel fuel, with integrated terminals, independent terminals and barrels for storage. It also looks after the ammonia pipeline system with Magellan-owned terminals and caters to the mid-continent region. The unit also consists Magellan Midstream's Galena Park marine terminal and its interest in the Pasadena marine terminal joint venture. Crude Oil division includes pipelines, a condensate splitter, as well as storage services. The partnership has 100% interest in these pipelines, the condensate splitter and barrels.
