iShares MSCI ACWI ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares MSCI ACWI Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the MSCI All Country World Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure the combined equity market performance of developed and emerging markets countries. Components primarily include consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financial, industrials and information technology companies. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index.
