Delek US Holdings, Inc. is an independent refiner, transporter and marketer of petroleum products. The company's operations are organized into three reportable segments: Refining, Logistics and Retail. The Refining segment manufactures, processes and sells gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, asphalt and other petroleum-based products. The Logistics segment is engaged in the gathering, transportation, storage and distribution of crude oil, intermediate products, feedstocks and refined products and is also into wholesale marketing. The Logistics unit also owns/leases capacity on several miles of crude and refined product transportation pipelines, oil gathering system and related storage tanks, apart from owning and operating nine light product distribution terminals.
